Using this website indicates that you accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us or order from us.

Payment
We accept PayPal and/or Bank Transfers. Once you have chosen to purchase and item, we will issue an invoice . If you chose to pay via PayPal, we will issue a PayPal invoice. We take all reasonable care to make our website 100% secure. 

At oceanandmorejewels we do not hold any of your bank details. However in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Additional Payment Information for Overseas Customers: The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate at the time.

Late and Lost Deliveries
If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to chase it up with Malta Post. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of despatch (30 days for international items) - this is when Malta Post classes items as being lost. Oceanandmorejewels cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Packaging
Your jewellery will be sent to you in a  box. Please rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.

Prices
Goods are charged at price stated on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. In the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in Euro . Postage and packing will be added to non-Malta orders.

Returns
You have 14 days to return goods for any reason.

You are responsible for the safe carriage of items to Oceanandmorejewels. You will then receive a refund for the full value of your purchase.

To arrange a return please email heikedaniela1307@gmail.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for return and whether you require a refund or replacement. Any item(s) being returned must be returned in their original oceanandmorejewels Jewellery packaging. Please send items for return to our Malta Postal address:

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty. Products must be returned and carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Oceanandmorejewels does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsiblities are those of the customer. Therefore we strongly recommend using a secure and tracked service to return the goods to oceanandmorejewels.

International Returns
Please take care if a customs declaration form is required, to correctly mark the goods as a 'Returned Item'. This will ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred. In the instance that a item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer. This may also delay the returns process.

Description
State sizes are accurate within reason. Variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the goods. Colours may vary from illustrations due to variations in computer monitors.
